March is Women's History Month and a wonderful time to honor women in journalism. Stock up now on the commemorative stamps that picture four women trailblazers. The first class stamps are available in packs of twenty. Honored are:

Ida M. Tarbell (1857-1944) wrote a landmark trust-busting expose as well as serialized biographies for McClure's Magazine.

Nellie Bly (1864-1922) was a reporter for The World who won fame for circling the globe just 72 days, from November 14, 1889 to January 25, 1890.

Ethel L. Payne (1911-1991) was known as the first lady of the black press. She covered the civil rights movement for the Chicago Defender.

Marguerite Higgins (1920-1966) was the first woman to win a Pulitzer Prize for international reporting. She wrote for the New York Herald Tribune.
