BALANCE IN LIFE SUBJECT OF PRESS WOMEN WORKSHOP
The September 23, 2000, luncheon sponsored by the Illinois Woman's Press Association at The Courtyard, Hubbard and State, Chicago, focuses on how to find balance and discover new enjoyment and meaning in work and personal life. Marion Baker, a professional coach, facilitates a workshop that addresses how to:
- Clear obstacles to growth, cultivating inner wisdom, plus practical structure and support
- Prevent burnout by more effective "self-management," balance and rejuvenation.
- Explore your unique formula for fulfillment, success and the right livelihood.
- Launch a project or new business idea, thrive through a career transition.
- Make effective choices in turn with your true spirit, thus enhancing your enjoyment each day
Through some interactive exercises, Baker will help participants imagine having work they love, confidence about money, energizing relationships and a balanced, healthy life.
