IWPA needs YOU
We’re all busy. Some of us may think we’re too busy to take on yet another task, but IWPA needs your help. And there’s a payoff for you too. We have a few positions where you can hone your skills, increase your visibility, and broaden your network. Please consider volunteering for IWPA.
We need a public relations specialist to publicize IWPA’s events, which include our meetings, members and student contest, and announcing the contest winners. This is an ongoing job that needs a PR touch. Broadcast faxing from a PC works great. This assignment can help to hone your PR skills.
IWPA has some great opportunities for you to demonstrate your dedication to the profession and help to build your skills and relationships with others in the communications field. Remember, to be nominated as Communicator of Achievement, you must have a record of service to IWPA, the communications field and the community.
